Welcome to my work in progress page where I intend to chart the progress of any poems I am currently working on, but as yet have not completed. Also I’ll include any rewrites or alternative versions of poems which I have already completed.
3\48: Currently working on a poem about the joys of a cup of tea and a pleasant conversation. Have a few lines going through my head as follows:
I may be the slowest tea drinker in the world
By time I am finished my cup is cold
But the conversation is warm
or maybe
I may be the slowest tea drinker in the world
The liquid in my cup will be cold
But the conversation is warm
